It features a porcelain surface in a jet black finish for a classic look with a recessed design that helps to contain spills. Side-located push-to-turn knobs offer easy and safe use. Three low wattage 6 coil elements and one 8 element offer reliable heating with lasting durability. Each element includes a removable chrome drip pan for easier cleanup. These elements function at 675 watts 6 elements and 950 watts 8 element in order to comply with new ul regulations for increased cooking safety. The elements cook at a steady rate and will not cycle off. This is a 220v cooktop and requires professional installation. The cord is not included. The tel03 is made in the usa. Additional finishes are available as well as 30 sizes for smaller kitchen spaces.
