Our sausages are the perfect evolution to our basic recipe made from wheat flour safflower oil water and spices. We begin by making a grind from long loaves of grain meat. We then mix the grind into a dough with fresh vegetables wine or vinegar herbs and spices like fennel seed red pepper fresh garlic sage ginger and pepper.
