We’re from alabama home of chilton county peaches and we invented proof in georgia home of still more peaches so us making a peach syrup had a distinct whiff of inevitability about it. Our goal was to make it so perfect so natural so wildly peachy that when you sip on your peach smash or bellini or what have you you might involuntarily swipe a napkin at your chin like you were catching the drips off a ripe juicy peach. Is that weird probably and truth be told it hasn t happened to anyone so far.
