The power king radial f p is an economical bias-ply tire for most towed trailer applications. It is a dedicated st tire with a 5 rib circumferential tread pattern with full depth tread sipes for some additional grip on slick roads. Also the bias-ply casing has the advantage of a thicker sidewall vs radial tires.
