Yellow paris jeune de paris pumpkins are a french variety with beautiful peach colored skin. They are large and have a round flattened shape. Flesh is pale orange and sweet. Each pumpkin can weigh up to 50 lbs. Sow seeds indoors or outdoors in the spring in full sun. After 110 days pumpkins are ready for harvest. Their flesh is fantastic in soups baked and in pies.
