1. Always double check that all straps and buckles are properly fastened before taking your dog outside. Try moving the seat belt from side to side making sure it doesn t slide too far to one side or the other. 2. Remember the 2-finger rule: with proper adjustment you should be able to put 2 fingers between your dog and any part of the harness. It also shouldn t restrict your dog s movement or rubbing against the skin. 3. Keep the seat belt and its bag away from infants or children to avoid any possible choking hazard. 4.
