If pilldispenser shows err on the screen please follow below steps to solve it. 1. Check pill dispenser is at low battery status or not change new batteries if so 2. Check if anything may stop the rotation of tray under normal power supply status remove it if so 3.Hold button b for around 5 seconds to enter test mode. Then press button b again to check if the tray can rotate one slot. If so press button c to exit test mode and solve the problem. 2. Pill dispenser stop working properly after around few months. The reason why device stopped working properly after around few months is the batteries life is around 6 months no or low power will cause the pill dispenser quite work. Please be sure to change the batteries promptly to ensure the proper opetaion of the pill dispenser. 3.Pill slots no aligning correctly.
