We ve opened restaurants around the world and now we re bringing our flavors to your kitchen. We ve partnered with a-sha foods of taiwan to make these air-dried never-fried noodles. They re flavor-packed like the dishes momofuku is known for. Plus like all a-sha noodles they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple quality ingredients.
