Its left motor operation includes a remote control a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black chord 110v outlet a manual override loop and a 5 ft long crank handle rocker arm to extend and retract the awning manually. The beautiful framework is made out of rust resistant powder coated commercial-grade steel and aluminum. The awnings lateral arms are multi-chambered with dual stainless steel cables .
