Foot trooper is quick and easy to use. To apply it you must first prepare your feet. Wash and dry them thoroughly. Apply the spray evenly over the entire surface of the foot. After applying the spray rub into the skin for a minute or two until completely absorbed. Repeat this cycle daily preferably just before bedtime for about a month.
