The omsutra zafu meditation sitting cushion is a basic round shape and with a flat surface traditional floor sitting cushions that are used in many temples and monasteries. It is filled with organic buckwheat hulls and comes with a sturdy carrying handle that makes it easy to carry and take with you wherever you go and comes with a side zipper to add or remove the filler.
