This whole flower hibiscus is grown by smallholders in the area of malawi grown between 950-1200 m above sea level. The same tea estate that grows the african white pearls have grown a close relationship with these farmers. From this relationship they formed malawi innovation challenge fund project to help establish this group of smallholders for herbs.
