A novel variation of spyderco’s high-strength compression lock design, it adds a convenient button release to the obverse-side scale. This feature makes releasing the lock much easier and transforms the sage 6 into one of spyderco’s most fidget friendly folders. Its satin-finished blade is full-flat ground from cpm s30v stainless steel and paired with an easy-to-clean, open-backed handle featuring nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners and peel-ply-textured carbon fiber g-10 laminate scales. To keep the knife poised for quick access, it also includes a deep-pocket wire clip that is reversible for left or right-side tip-up carry.
