Nothing artificial suggestions foot bath Dissolve 1 large tbl spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak. Full bath Add 2 oz. To a hot bath keep it hot . Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, keep warm and relax for best results. Special note warnings external use only.
