Once the coffee cools, a structured cherry and raspberry note starts to appear with the coffee finishing very round and sweet this might also be one of the first times youve ever tasted the ombligon varietal. We have found ombligons to be intense tasting, reminding us of loud pink bourbons but often skewing towards deeper red fruits and chocolate notes.
