Despite the lower caffeine content, this doesn't mean this coffee is lacking any flavor the cup is expressive and popping with vibrant acidity, strawberry sweetness, delicate florals, and a cardamom finish. Once cooled, a structured grape like acidity pops through and the entire cup becomes even sweeter. This coffee is a fun one and can be enjoyed any time of the day please rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before brewing and experiment with different recipes to push out different types of acidity.
