This is such a sweet and layered coffee bursting with citrus acidity, sweet florals i taste vanilla , and very complex acidity. When cooled, the cup reminds of sipping on blackberry juice and the florality becomes even stronger. I also get a crisp grape and apple acidity that peeks through the layered processing. This is such a great example of intensity and complexity from the natural process. You can push this coffee a bit harder by adjusting grind down to 55-56 for a more intense acidity presentation.
