250G in stock This washed sidra from producer augusto ortega is a floral forward coffee bursting with fruity acidity. When hot, we get florals, red fruits and tropicals. Once cooled this coffee starts to really open up and the acidity becomes much more defined with clean notes of raspberry, mango, and a sweet honey finish. This is a well processed sidra and the acidity of each note is well articulated. We really think you'll enjoy this one from standout: processing details: cherries are picked every 15 days when they reach peak ripeness. Theyre left to ferment in cherry overnight before being de-pulped the next morning and undergoing a dry ferment for an additional 32 hours. The seeds are rinsed of remaining mucilage and then spread to dry on raised, shaded beds for 20-22 days. Roast date: 05 05 25
