The assembled playset measures 12.07 × 12.14 × 8.6 Ft, so compare those dimensions with your intended play area. Details to help you decide * elevated, roofed playhouse: the roofed playhouse sits on a platform 3.94 Ft high. Its platform measures 61.02 × 31.5 In, providing a defined elevated play area. * Green 7.22 Ft slide: the green slide measures 7.22 Ft long. Its color and length are useful details to consider when comparing playset designs. * Two swings: two swings add another activity to the set and allow more than one child to swing at the same time. * Climbing wall: the climbing wall adds another way to reach the play area and brings a different kind of active play to the set. * Treated pine construction: the structure is made from treated pine. Connection holes are not predrilled, so drilling is required during assembly according to the instructions. Keep this assembly detail in mind when planning the build.
