Queen Kapok & Coconut Mattress Extra Firm - Vegan Cocopedic By The Futon Shop

The vegan cocopedic mattress is made with a 6 inch core of the most durable materials available for optimum support while staying completely chemical free. Built to last a lifetime with regular use the vegan cocopedic features a 2 inch base of organic coconut coir. This new material created by untwisting coconut husks is infused with organic natural latex. The spring like qualities of coconut coir can be built to utilize the natural weather resistant qualities of the coconut husk. When added to a mattress core the rubbery coconut coir material provides support that other mattresses cannot. It is important to know when searching for the most firm options coconut coir has better resistance to pressure than the most dense latex on the market. The ultra supportive coconut foundation rests below 4 inches of natural latex and is then surrounded with kapok for dust-mite resistance and flame resistance. Brand: The Futon Shop
