This book is my poetic expression of traumatic events i ve survived during periods of my life. I eventually faced them head-on in order to heal and overcome the residual damage left behind. Each event had its own purpose in the making of the woman i am today. I am no longer stuck in the fear or shame that had me bound. I am now free indeed
